We were extremely lucky to find Shellie for the buying and selling process. We had been very hesitant to do so with 3 young kids, but after discussing all of our options with Shellie, we knew it was the right time. We spent a day seeing houses with Shellie and she was very patient with us and our kids. We knew what we wanted and she helped us to find exactly that. We found the perfect house on our first day out and she helped us craft a very attractive offer, giving us advice on what would help to get our offer accepted. There were 3 other offers and because of specific advice she gave us, our's was chosen. Shellie also helped us understand what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell and she listed it as coming soon. Due to this, we received and accepted an offer before it even went on the market (no staging or open houses needed!). She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with through the entire process. She knows what to ask and look for in houses and offers and is a very skilled negotiator. She answered all of our questions almost immediately and was always easy to get a hold of. Honestly, a process that we were dreading was quite pleasant because of her. I would recommend Shellie to anyone buying or selling a house!

Shellie was very energetic with getting us on the right track for selling our home. She provided guidance every step of the way, from staging to the final walk thru with the potential buyers. She is very knowledgeable of the market in our area and provided excellent advice when establishing the selling price of the house. She allowed us to contact her licensed Handyman services to complete a few minor repairs to the house and their cost were very fair and reasonable. She provided excellent customer service and maintain a professional and upbeat attitude during this whole process. Yes, I will call Shellie again and will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

One of the best parts of working with Shellie was her wonderful energy and positivity that she brought each time we looked at a new home. It felt like we were looking at homes with a good friend, but in fact, it was a professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. When we had a little trouble closing from our end, Shellie communicated effectively with the buyers to keep the deal moving forward. I also appreciated that she had knowledge about the area and did not want us to over spend on a property. She was a great negotiator and communicator. My only complaint is that I do not get to go look at any more houses with Shellie, because she made the stressful process of buying a home fun and rewarding.

Shellie helped answer every question I had as it related to looking at homes and eventually buying my first home. After the first 5 or so properties she had a good idea of what I was looking for and was able to narrow down searches for me. We definitely had some bumps in the road during the process, from cash offers, losing offers and then finally finding my dream home it was a whirlwind. Shellie always rolled with the punches and even if she was frustrated with any of the things that happened, I would never know. When I finally found my home I don't know if Shellie or I was more excited! Shellie isn't just a real estate agent, but became my friend during this year long process.
